Historical patch guide

Deadlock Patch Guide: June 11, 2026

The June 11, 2026 follow-up changes Urn rewards, comeback thresholds, mode-specific values and hero upgrades. Keep conditions and game modes separate.

Patch date: . Guide reviewed 2026-11-03. Historical changes can be superseded; use current definitions for a match today.

How this guide was prepared: AI-assisted analysis with a separate source-check pass against archived official notes. Practical decisions are reasoned suggestions, not player-tested results or measured win-rate evidence. A small hotfix receives a short guide rather than a reconstructed full build.

Original update sources

Recorded topics: Items, Heroes, Fixes. Dates refer to the update named in the notes; a mirrored post can be published later.

Urn, breakables, and comeback bounties

What changed: The Urn give-up time fell from 75 to 60 seconds. Its bounty fell by 10%, except for the trailing team. Kill comeback bounty values rose by 8%. Breakables’ permanent health bonuses changed from 15/25/35 to 15/20/30 at levels 1/2/3, so level 1 is unchanged and levels 2 and 3 are lower.

How to adapt: When assessing the Urn reward, account for the reduced bounty only if your team is not trailing; the notes do not say how the shorter give-up time affects a particular contest. Account for the increased kill comeback bounty when evaluating kills, and expect smaller permanent health bonuses from level 2 and 3 breakables.

Street Brawl and Opening Rounds

What changed: Street Brawl ability and item range/radius values fell by 10%. In Opening Rounds, Conditional Weapon Damage fell from 30% to 25%, while Spirit Power rose from +4 to +7. Arcane Surge had fixes for cases where its bonuses did not work.

How to adapt: In Street Brawl, recheck ability and item ranges and radii against the reduced values before depending on familiar distances. In Opening Rounds, account for both bonus changes when assessing the mode’s damage and Spirit Power. If using Arcane Surge, check that its bonuses apply; the notes do not specify which cases were fixed.

Apollo and Holliday ability changes

What changed: Apollo’s Disengaging Sigil velocity increased by 50%, and its vertical-to-horizontal velocity ratio changed from 1.5:1 to 1:1. Directional inputs can now alter his launch. Its T1, T2, and T3 effects were replaced, and Flawless Advance now permits parrying. Holliday’s Powder Keg starts with two charges, but charge time increased from 3.5 to 7 seconds; its scaling and tier effects changed. Bounce Pad landing radius fell from 12m to 9m, and its T3 now grants Holliday +0.7 seconds of Stomp stun.

How to adapt: Test Apollo’s directional launch inputs and read the revised Sigil tier effects before choosing upgrades; the notes do not establish a preferred path. For Holliday, test barrel placement and bounce-pad landing distances, and account for the longer Powder Keg charge time when planning its use.

Weapon growth and ability damage changes

What changed: Grey Talon’s gun cycle time increased from 0.5775 to 0.6, noted as approximately a 4% DPS nerf; bullet-damage growth fell from +1.0 to +0.85. McGinnis turret DPS was rescaled from 30+0.39 to 24+0.42, with break-even at 200 Spirit Power; turret T3 fire rate fell from +30% to +25%, and Heavy Barrage DPS fell from 22.5 to 21. Pocket and Seven had lower bullet-damage growth, and Seven’s Power Surge T3 duration fell from +12 to +10 seconds.

How to adapt: If playing Grey Talon, reassess expected weapon damage and Rain of Arrows timing, since its cooldown rose and its T2 cooldown reduction shrank. For McGinnis, compare turret performance around your actual Spirit Power, using the stated 200-power break-even point rather than assuming the rescaling is always a nerf. Pocket and Seven players should update damage expectations for their reduced bullet-damage growth.

Graves, Paige, and other specific adjustments

What changed: Graves’ Jar of Dead charge collection rate fell by 20%, its damage fell from 17+0.27 to 16+0.25, and its bounty rose from 5+0.25 per boon to 7+0.5 per boon. Grasping Hands T3 immobilize duration fell from +1 to +0.75 seconds. Paige’s Rallying Charge maximum-amp distance fell from 350m to 250m, while its T2 cooldown reduction increased from 30 to 50 seconds; Plot Armor barrier scaling increased. Shiv’s Killing Blow gets 30% more cooldown when it does not impact a player. Silver’s Lycan Curse cooldown rose from 40 to 70 seconds, and its T3 no longer heals. Warden’s bullet falloff range changed from 20m–58m to 18m–47m.

How to adapt: For Graves, weigh the slower Jar of Dead charge collection and lower damage against its increased bounty when reviewing its role. Paige players can test the shorter maximum-amp distance and account for the stronger T2 cooldown reduction and barrier scaling. Shiv, Silver, and Warden players should check the changed ability condition, cooldown, or falloff distances before relying on previous expectations.
