Patch date: . Guide reviewed 2026-11-03. Historical changes can be superseded; use current definitions for a match today.
How this guide was prepared: AI-assisted analysis with a separate source-check pass against archived official notes. Practical decisions are reasoned suggestions, not player-tested results or measured win-rate evidence. A small hotfix receives a short guide rather than a reconstructed full build.

Recheck neutral routes and timing
What changed: Neutral soul values fell by 15%, including Sinner’s Sacrifice. Its spawn/respawn timing changed from 8/4 to 10/5 minutes, and Mid Neutral Camp respawn increased from 5 to 6 minutes. Soul orbs move horizontally a bit more, and their spawn delay is longer and more variable. Minor respawn curve adjustments were also made, without further detail in the notes.
How to adapt: Test your neutral route against the new timings and orb behavior rather than assuming old camp availability or soul totals. Compare the revised neutral income with your other options; the notes do not establish which route is best.
Reassess Golden Statue bonuses
What changed: Ammo bonuses at levels 1–3 fell from 4/6/8% to 3/5/7%, and HP bonuses fell from 20/30/40 to 15/25/35. At level 3, Weapon Power fell from 7% to 6% and Spirit from 5 to 4.
How to adapt: Check which statue bonuses your current plan relies on and reassess their contribution using the revised values. These reductions alone do not determine whether a particular bonus remains worthwhile.
Recheck Holliday’s ability upgrades
What changed: Powder Keg T2 decreased from +120 to +100. Bounce Pad cooldown increased from 37 to 41 seconds; its T1 is now T2, a new T1 gives -10 seconds of cooldown, and the T2 is now T3. The T3 stun was removed.
How to adapt: Test the revised Bounce Pad tiers before following an old ability-point plan: the new T1 grants cooldown reduction, while the T3 stun is removed. Recheck Powder Keg T2 expectations without assuming a particular matchup effect.
Update damage expectations
What changed: Haze’s Bullet Dance bonus damage now uses weapon damage instead of spirit. Sinclair’s Assistant damage now follows his gun’s falloff range, and its base damage fell from 30 to 20. Cold Front no longer does double damage to creeps.
How to adapt: Recheck Haze and Sinclair damage expectations under the new scaling and falloff rules, and test Cold Front against creeps rather than relying on the old double-damage behavior.
