Patch date: . Guide reviewed 2026-11-03. Historical changes can be superseded; use current definitions for a match today.
How this guide was prepared: AI-assisted analysis with a separate source-check pass against archived official notes. Practical decisions are reasoned suggestions, not player-tested results or measured win-rate evidence. A small hotfix receives a short guide rather than a reconstructed full build.

Billy’s announcement and abilities
What changed: The post announces Billy as a chaotic front-liner and describes Rising Ram, Bashdown, Chain Gang, and Blasted. It gives no ability values or tuning, and does not state when Billy will be released.
How to adapt: Use this as an announcement, not evidence that Billy is currently playable; check in-game availability before planning to pick him. Do not treat Friday at 2pm PST as Billy’s release time, since the post gives that time for the next hero.
