Patch date: . Guide reviewed 2026-11-03. Historical changes can be superseded; use current definitions for a match today.
How this guide was prepared: AI-assisted analysis with a separate source-check pass against archived official notes. Practical decisions are reasoned suggestions, not player-tested results or measured win-rate evidence. A small hotfix receives a short guide rather than a reconstructed full build.
Original update sources
Recorded topics: Heroes, Fixes. Dates refer to the update named in the notes; a mirrored post can be published later.
Bebop: Sticky Bomb and Uppercut T3
What changed: Sticky Bomb’s fuse increased from 3.0 to 3.5 seconds, its radius fell from 12m to 10m, and its hit/kill spirit scaling fell from 0.002/0.012 to 0.0015/0.01. Uppercut T3 healing decreased from 20% to 17% Missing Health.
How to adapt: Test Sticky Bomb timing and placement against the longer fuse and smaller radius, and reassess Uppercut T3 healing without assuming these numerical reductions determine a matchup by themselves.
Graves: range, mobility and Jar of Dead
What changed: Graves’ gun range decreased from 18m to 16m and base move speed increased from 6.6 to 7.0m. Jar of Dead starts with two charges instead of one; its initial attacks are more staggered, and its death pickup range increased from 10m to 18m. Borrowed Decree ghouls are slowed by 20% for 0.5s when taking bullet damage, and its cooldown increased from 110s to 120s. The notes also fix Close Quarters and Point Blank weapon interactions and Fire Rate bonuses that could grant less fire rate than intended.
How to adapt: Test firing positions at the reduced range and whether the extra movement and Jar charge affect your approach; allow for Jar attacks to arrive more staggered rather than treating them as simultaneous. Verify the fixed weapon interactions and Fire Rate behavior in practice, and account for Borrowed Decree’s longer cooldown.
Silver: weapon handling and Lycan Curse
What changed: Silver’s base fire rate improved; the notes give a cycle rate change from 1 to 0.9 and describe this as an 11% DPS increase. Base magazine size increased from 5 to 6 and base regen from 2 to 2.5. Lycan Curse’s cooldown increased from 22s to 35s, base health bonus fell from 350 to 100, movement bonus from +3m to +2m, attack range rose from 5.5m to 6.0m, and Headshot Resistance changed from -35% to -20%. It requires more damage to transform later in the game. The notes also fix weapon slowing in Lycan Curse and Close Quarters/Point Blank compatibility in that form.
How to adapt: Test the stated weapon and magazine changes separately from Lycan Curse, including the fixed item interactions and weapon slowing in that form. Reassess transformation timing and ability use around the changed cooldown and listed bonuses; the notes do not establish a universally preferable timing.
Silver: ability and upgrade adjustments
What changed: Slam Fire’s cooldown increased from 20s to 22s; T1 changed from -4s cooldown to +15% Weapon Damage, T2 from +30% Weapon Damage to -7s Cooldown, and T3 damage changed from 10% to 8% Current Health. Boot Kick T3 changed from -25% damage to +80 spirit damage and -35% damage. Entangling Bola T3 now retains ricocheting bolas and adds -5s cooldown. Go for the Throat Missing Health Damage decreased from 8% to 6%, its T3 value from 5% to 4%, and its cooldown increased from 5s to 6.5s.
How to adapt: Check the revised tier effects and cooldowns against the upgrade choices you actually use; do not assume the exchanged Slam Fire bonuses or added Bola cooldown reduction make any one build stronger without testing.
Items and Street Brawl
What changed: Dispel Magic Spirit Resist increased from 14% to 16%; Fury Trance Fire Rate decreased from 35% to 30%; Mystic Reverb imbued Lifesteal decreased from 30% to 27%. Bullet Resilience and Spirit Resilience now trigger at 40% HP instead of 35%, and their threshold resistance bonuses decreased from 30% to 22%. In Street Brawl only, base healing is now twice as fast, randoming bonus rerolls also affect round 3, McGinnis Heavy Barrage duration decreased from 13s to 8s, and Graves Jar of Dead charge cooldown increased from 13s to 16s.
How to adapt: When evaluating the items, check both their new values and the Resilience trigger point rather than relying on the previous threshold. Keep Street Brawl tests mode-specific, and include the round-3 reroll and Graves charge cooldown when assessing that mode.
