Patch date: . Guide reviewed 2026-11-03. Historical changes can be superseded; use current definitions for a match today.
How this guide was prepared: AI-assisted analysis with a separate source-check pass against archived official notes. Practical decisions are reasoned suggestions, not player-tested results or measured win-rate evidence. A small hotfix receives a short guide rather than a reconstructed full build.
Original update sources
Recorded topics: Heroes, Items, Gameplay, Fixes. Dates refer to the update named in the notes; a mirrored post can be published later.
Lane and map
What changed: Breakable souls change from 28.5 + 2.375 per minute to 23 + 2.6 per minute. Trooper resistance near base falls from 40% to 35%; a separate bug that gave nearby neutrals that resistance is fixed. The update adds a kiosk between Mid Lane Walker and the base entrance, adds wall partitions outside Outer Lane base entrances, and improves Mid Boss lighting.
How to adapt: Compare the old and new breakable-soul formulas at the timings relevant to your route rather than carrying over a previous value. If you contest near-base troopers, account for their reduced resistance; do not extend the neutral fix beyond the stated bug.
Items: hit checks and major stat changes
What changed: Restorative Shot now procs only when a center pellet hits; Headshot Booster and Headhunter require a center-pellet hit on the head hitbox. Headhunter’s bonus headshot damage drops from 100 to 75, and its bonus damage and healing now scale with Boons rather than Spirit Power. Fleetfoot loses +125 Bonus Health, gains +10% Bullet Resistance and +40% Slow Resistance while active, and changes from a 10s cooldown/4s duration to 16s/6s. Cultist Sacrifice’s out-of-combat regeneration, NPC bonuses, fire rate and health bonus are reduced; fire rate falls from 25% to 10%, and fire rate and health now scale with Boons. Healing Nova becomes a T3 item, with higher base healing, Boon scaling, +8 Spirit Power and a shorter cooldown.
How to adapt: Test center-pellet hits with the affected items, especially if you rely on shotgun pellets. Recheck Fleetfoot’s value against its lost health and longer cooldown, and compare Headhunter, Cultist Sacrifice and Healing Nova using their new Boon scaling rather than assuming their previous scaling still applies.
Other item changes
What changed: Blood Tribute’s fire rate rises from 35% to 40%. Crippling Headshot loses its 3s cooldown and its debuff duration falls from 10s to 8s. Armor Piercing Rounds’ Bullet Velocity rises from 30% to 35%; Counterspell duration rises from 0.8s to 1s; Siphon Bullets cooldown rises from 0.7s to 0.8s; Superior Cooldown’s reduction falls from 26% to 25%; and Boundless Spirit’s Spirit percentage bonus rises from +10% to +13%. Healing Nova’s base heal rises from 260 to 325, its heal scales with Boons rather than Spirit Power, it grants +8 Spirit Power, and its cooldown falls from 70s to 60s.
How to adapt: Recheck the specific stat or interaction you rely on before carrying over old expectations. For the listed fixes, test the affected interaction in play rather than inferring an additional change that the notes do not describe.
Hero changes
What changed: Abrams’ health growth per Boon and Shoulder Charge wall stun decrease; Infernal Resilience regeneration increases, Shoulder Charge upgrades change, and Seismic Impact cooldown rises. Bebop’s Hyperbeam cooldown falls. Calico gains ammunition; Ava’s self-slow on damage becomes stronger and lasts longer, while Ava duration and its T1 duration bonus fall and the recent-damage window grows. Grey Talon’s Spirit Snare radius and Guided Owl duration increase; Guided Owl cooldown and its T2 cooldown reduction also change. Holliday’s Lasso cooldown rises, while its T3 cooldown reduction improves. Infernus’ Afterburn headshot buildup rate improves. Mo & Krill’s base gun damage and Scorn Spirit scaling increase, while Combo cooldown rises. Pocket’s Flying Cloak Spirit damage scaling increases. Seven’s Storm Cloud DPS and T3 bonus fall, while Spirit scaling rises and cooldown increases. Shiv’s alt-fire base damage and Rage per weapon damage fall.
How to adapt: Test the abilities, upgrades and timings you actually use; these mixed changes do not establish an overall hero power ranking. For example, compare Abrams’ Shoulder Charge with the changed stun and upgrade values, and verify Calico’s Ava timing and self-slow in the situations where you take damage.
