The reviewed default is healing and control support. An alternative is leech and weapon hybrid. These are tactical interpretations of the kit, not official roles or measured win-rate rankings.
Wretched Vapors delays damage, then creates a dangerous crash; its crash is not an ordinary dispellable debuff. Her upgraded ultimate now reduces damage rather than making her invulnerable.

Ability targets
The default target for eligible single-target imbues is ability 1, Leech Therapy. Item eligibility still takes precedence: Echo Shard cannot reset an ultimate, charge items apply automatically, and global upgrades affect all eligible abilities.

Use these as candidates for the stated path. The planner chooses compatible upgrades, accounts for owned components and reserves room for the lineup response.
Playing against Nurse Harrow
Reduce healing, break her terror-facing condition, and contest fed leeches.
A partial enemy lineup cannot establish lane assignments, enemy purchases or who is ahead. Supply those details in the planner where supported, and reconsider the plan as the match changes.
